1)a) I think  the poster is very cute , and I wonder what is this ad for ?Then I read
the message and I understand the meaning

b)There are several chicks  cuddling each other

c)The chicken themselves seem to adress us

d)The goal is to invite people to eat less meat  or to go completely vegetarian.
The target is people who eat frequently meat, in particular fast-food meat perhaps (nuggets)

e)It may at least induce people to think about their eating habits.

It could be more effective maybe towards young people , especially those living in cities who have little opportunity to see real chicks
2°) The Balanced Diet
If you want to keep healthy, eat a balanced diet.
Never eat too much or too little
Prefer home made cooking to fast food products
Eat a wide variety of food in small portions
Reduce sharply  but don't suppress sugar and fat
Eat as much fruits and vegetable as you can  when they are available and affordable
Drink preferably water from tape, herbal teas ; home made lemonade
