10 000/(100 + t) = 100 + T
10 000/(100 + t) - 100 = T
T = 10 000/(100 + t) - 100(100 + t)/(100+t)
T = (10 000 - 10 000 - 100t)/(100+t)
T = -100t/(100+t)
