I am confused because in the notes it said you use "autant que" with verbs, yet when I did the test to check my comprehension, I got marked wrong for using "autant" in the following exercise:
Ces derniers temps tu dors ______ peu que moi.
Why?

autant que means as much as, but when you use autant it means as.
