A book was given to me by my grandfather.

Phrase avec auxiliaire will ==> will be + participe passé
A new system will be released next year by Microsoft.

Phrase au présent Be + V-ing ==> "be" au présent Be + Ving + participe passé
Look! the football match is being played by these children.
