Why Will Many people be prepared to eat insects ?

Many people will be prepared to eat insects because they provide as much nutritional value as ordinary meat and are rich with protein.Also they cost less to raise to cattle,consume less water and do not have much of a carbine footprint. Plus,they are an estimated 1400 species and are edible to man,which is a great advantage.
