On emploie le Present perfect lorqu'il s'agit d'une action passée qui se poursuit maintenant dans le présent.
Donc pour cet exercice je te recommande d'utiliser le prétérit.
En anglais j'ai 13 ans. On n'utilise pas l'auxiliaire avoir mais être.
